You will be joining a technically capable site team within a company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and proactive maintenance practices.
Your new role
As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the performance, availability, and lifecycle of key mining and processing assets.
Working closely with maintenance and operations teams, you will lead reliability initiatives, analyse equipment performance, and drive data-led decision-making.

Your role will include conducting root cause analyses, optimising maintenance strategies, and supporting condition monitoring and shutdown planning activities.
You will play a key role in reducing unplanned downtime and embedding reliability engineering principles across the operation.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Proven experience in a reliability or asset engineering role within mining, ideally gold
- Strong understanding of mobile and/or fixed plant equipment
- Experience with RCA methodologies such as FMEA, fault tree analysis, or similar
- The ability to analyse maintenance and performance data to drive improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site-based teams
- A proactive, safety-focused, and continuous improvement mindset
