Your new role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies for the Mobile Equipment assets, applying FMECA and RCM principles.
Key duties include:
Conducting gap assessments to identify opportunities for improved maintenance practices
Prioritising equipment based on lifecycle, criticality, and historical data
Reviewing master data and engineering drawings to establish equipment details
Designing FMEA and RCM strategies for critical equipment
Running workshops with maintenance teams to review and approve strategies
Creating and maintaining master data for approved strategies
What you'll need to succeed
A tertiary qualification in engineering (or related discipline) with relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of FMECA and RCM processes
Ability to deliver accurate work across all levels, from broad assessments to detailed analysis
Experience with SAP and master data management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Current driving licence
Preferred but not essential:
Previous on‑site experience in heavy industry
Familiarity with maintenance workshop equipment such as lathes, overhead cranes, automated guided vehicles, and lift jacks
