Your new role

• Conducting gap assessments to identify opportunities for improved maintenance practices
• Prioritising equipment based on lifecycle, criticality, and historical data
• Reviewing master data and engineering drawings to establish equipment details
• Designing FMEA and RCM strategies for critical equipment
• Running workshops with maintenance teams to review and approve strategies
• Creating and maintaining master data for approved strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary qualification in engineering (or related discipline) with relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of FMECA and RCM processes
• Ability to deliver accurate work across all levels, from broad assessments to detailed analysis
• Experience with SAP and master data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Current driving licence

• Previous on‑site experience in heavy industry
• Familiarity with maintenance workshop equipment such as lathes, overhead cranes, automated guided vehicles, and lift jacks
