Your new company is a leading meat processing facility located in regional Victoria. Known for its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and team culture, the company is expanding its maintenance team and seeking a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic / Technician to support its industrial refrigeration systems.

Your new role

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of industrial refrigeration equipment, including chillers, freezers, and air conditioning units. Your role will also involve preventive maintenance, system installations, and documentation of all service work. You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with flexibility for shift rotations and overtime.

What you'll need to succeed

• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with commercial or industrial refrigeration systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to work flexible hours and contribute to a positive team environment
