My client is looking for a full-time Recruitment Officer to start immediately on a contract basis.
The responsibility of this position is to assist with recruitment activities. The successful candidate must be comfortable screening applications, scheduling interviews, attending interviews as the HR panel member, and administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process. This position will involve liaising with hiring managers at all levels of the organisation, from supervisor level to Directors/ CEO. The reason for this role is due to a high volume period of recruitment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class Western Australian Drivers Licence
