Your new role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in recruitment but isn’t ready to move into sales. This role will see you assist our consulting staff to effectively service the recruitment needs of all customers, with a particular focus on candidate management. We will offer you all the training and development you need that enables you to:

  • Engage with temporary workers and contractors providing regular communication throughout their assignments
  • Manage all candidate compliance, including conducting reference checks and candidate check-ins
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance standards are maintained working across multiple software systems.
  • Work with your team to achieve team goals in addition to smashing your own KPI's


What you'll need to succeed

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. You don't need experience in recruitment, just the interest to learn and an ambition to succeed. Do you have a background in sales, real estate, travel, retail or administration? Or perhaps you’re a recent university graduate looking to kick-start your career? Either way, you know you are:
