Hays are partnered with a large organisation in Fremantle, who are looking for an experienced receptionist who can make the role their own. This role is being advertised on an initial temporary basis, with a view to becoming ongoing.
Your new role
Act as the first point of contact for the site
Answer the main phone line, triage calls via the switchboard and direct calls to other sites, as required
Respond to and triage enquiries via email and the front desk
Direct people throughout the site
Assist with posting correspondence throughout busier times of the year
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, liaise with couriers and Australia post
Record postage costs, collate monthly finance reports and reconcile monthly postage costs
Update and manage spreadsheets
Ordering (postage) stationary for the mail room
Manage the on-site pool vehicles, monitor keys, booking sheets, maintenance and log books
Maintain up-to-date records of all staff members
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a large campus/site is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
- Must have a positive attitude and helpful nature
- Previous experience in reception or business administration essential
- This role applies to candidates with ongoing working rights and, unfortunately, will not suit temporary visa holders.

The role is being offered on an initial temporary contract, to commence on Monday 11th August. You will also be offered:
