Your new role
This role is responsible for providing professional front‑of‑house reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, manage incoming calls and correspondence, and provide effective administrative assistance to support the wider team. The position plays a key role in maintaining an organised, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
What you'll need to succeed
A consistently cheery, friendly, and approachable attitude
Strong customer service skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of people
Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to manage correspondence, documentation, and record‑keeping efficiently
Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
Valid Blue card – essential
Valid QLD Police check
