Receptionist

We are seeking a temporary candidate for 2 weeks to join our client in Winnelie!

Pay: $46.68 per hour

Contract Type: Starting Tuesday 6h May 2025 (2-week role)

Working Hours: 8:30–16:30

Location: Winnelie, Darwin

Your new company

We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanour, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and grace.

Your new role

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it presentable and welcoming.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Support other team members with ad hoc duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software.
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
