A large, well‑established organisation based in Townsville is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.Your new role
In this position, you will:
Deliver high‑quality front‑of‑house and administrative support
Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Provide ongoing administrative assistance to support the office
Coordinate correspondence and maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with general office tasks to support smooth day‑to‑day operations
Work confidently in a fast‑paced professional environment
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational abilities and high attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
A professional, calm, and approachable manner
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
What you'll get in return
Full‑time hours in a temporary role, Monday to Friday
Attractive hourly rate of $33–$35 per hour + super, depending on experience
Professional office environment within a large and well‑structured organisation
