Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, kitchen, and boardrooms, and supporting general office coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally, five days a week onsite.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
