This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You'll be the first point of contact for the business, welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Your new role
Your duties will include a variety of tasks including:
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries
Handle incoming enquiries
Process sales orders
Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, archiving and document preparation
Data entry of orders
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Meet and greet customers

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years experience in customer service/administration/reception
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills
A background in manufacturing would be an advantage
Intermediate MS Office skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
