The role focusses on enhancing productivity within the Quality function by optimising processes to reduce costs while maintaining high standards. It involves driving improvements in investigations and CAPA procedures to minimise recurrence of issues and ensure accuracy from the outset. Maintaining a constant state of inspection readiness is essential, alongside fostering a strong quality culture across the site by supporting employee education, training, and skill development. Additionally, the position ensures alignment of Quality practices across multiple sites within the Group, working under the guidance of the Quality representative in the Corporate Executive Committee.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualified in Science-related field
Experience in Quality Assurance
Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical sector
Knowledge of GMP
Excellent leadership and management experience.
