In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate business readiness activities across the QA function.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop change management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Financial Crime Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality learning.
• Manage operational risk in alignment with AML/CTF obligations.
• Deliver effective communication and training strategies to support change adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and drive engagement.
• Ensure changes are documented, tested, and validated for compliance.
• Support remediation planning and ongoing governance initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Proven experience in people leadership or change management roles.
• Proven experience in financial crime operations (AML/CTF) is essential.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and conducting impact assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management, communication, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective communication and training materials.
