Searching for an experienced Public Liability Claims Assessor to join their team and help drive this team forward.
Your new role
Working as a Public Liability Claims Assessor you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of claims
- Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
- Investigate and request additional information where required, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
- Identify complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction to ensure such customers' concerns are handled correctly
- Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in public liability claims assessment (highly desirable)
- Experience in liability claims assessment, personal injury (minimum requirement)
- Competent knowledge of the end-to-end claims assessment process
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
