Searching for an experienced Public Liability Claims Assessor to join their team and help drive this team forward.

Your new role

Working as a Public Liability Claims Assessor you will be:
  • Managing a portfolio of claims
  • Accurately assess various types of claims, in accordance with company compliance and policy
  • Investigate and request additional information where required, to ensure the claim outcome is right for the client whilst being in line with policy
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
  • Identify complaints and recognise customer expressions of dissatisfaction to ensure such customers' concerns are handled correctly
  • Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in public liability claims assessment (highly desirable)
  • Experience in liability claims assessment, personal injury (minimum requirement)
  • Competent knowledge of the end-to-end claims assessment process
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
