Hays Recruitment are pleased to partner with an in-demand private psychology practice, that offers clinical services focused on relationship challenges through couples therapy, as well as support for individual clients who struggle with managing emotions and navigating sensitive or complex interpersonal situations. Additionally, they also provide NDIS-funded services aimed at enhancing all aspects of daily living, managing challenging behaviours, and conducting assessments.
Your new role
As a newly valued member of the established team, and with a genuine passion for therapeutic practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological services. In this role, you will:
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to individuals and couples.
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy while maintaining excellence in care.
- Deliver NDIS-funded services, including functional assessments and behaviour support planning.
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and professional.
- Foster and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Be registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist (will accept Provisional Psychologists)
- Be a qualified Psychologist with a demonstrated background working in therapy.
- The ability to work independently, whilst confidently managing your own caseload.
- Be positive, motivated, and empathetic, with a strong focus on quality.
- Previous experience administering psychological assessments.
- Previous experience writing behaviour support plans.
