Your new role
As a Property Officer, you will support the General Manager’s Unit by overseeing and optimising a varied portfolio of properties. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, leasing and licensing activities, financial performance, maintenance coordination and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, liaising with tenants, contractors and strata managers, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining lease and licence databases, and assisting with legal matters such as contracts, agreements and tribunal representation.
You will also contribute to strategic planning through data-driven insights, performance reporting, procurement support and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing risk and enhancing portfolio value.
