Your new role

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Property Manager.
  • Maintain organised property files, lease documents, and tenant records.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports.
  • Handle tenant enquiries across phone, email, and in‑person channels.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, amendments, and tracking key dates.
  • Support onboarding of new properties and maintain accurate tenant contact details.
  • Coordinate urgent inspections when required.
  • Monitor rental arrears, process vendor invoices, and assist with financial reconciliations.
  • Manage service requests, work orders, contractor documentation, and maintenance scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
  • Assist with property performance reporting and regulatory documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Support general ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

Your administrative experience within similar industries will be highly beneficial, as well as:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building abilities
