This role will involve on-site project management, supervising construction activities and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will monitor construction contractor performance and conduct reports, testing, and inspect works completed by construction contractors.

Liaising with stakeholders such as operations, tenants, customers, or other asset owners.

The Project Superintendent will facilitate efficient and safe delivery of each project, planning and working with the team to ensure compliance and industry standards are met.


What you'll need to succeed

  • As this is an on-site role, a trade or tertiary qualification is required, Civil, Building or Construction accepted.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or construction supervisor experience required.
  • Digital and administration skills essential
  • Qualification in contract administration or project management is desired, but not essential.
  • Experience within a brownfield environment or similar.
  • Legislation and regulation knowledge
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders (internal & external)

What you'll get in return

$85 per hour + Super
12-month fixed contract with opportunity to extend
On-site location south of Perth (50-minute drive from the city)
