Your new role

We are seeking various experience levels from 2+ years and upwards, who can utilise their defence project experience across project planning, scheduling and project controls. Some key tasks will include:

• Creation and maintenance of the Contract Work Breakdown Structure, Project Schedules, cost account detailed schedules, work package level budgets and EVM.
• Integration of schedules into overall program schedules
• Coordination of resource requirements data, reporting and performance.
• Reporting, internal and external reviews such as MSR, IBR, Audits etc.
• Delivery of EVM project reporting and data analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• NV1 clearance is a must for these positions due to the nature of the project.

• 2+ years and upward experience in a similar role, such as project controller, cost schedule analyst, project scheduler or project planner.

• Defence industry experience

• You must be someone who enjoys being a team player, understanding how your work impacts your team & overall project delivery.

• Experienced with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, OPP or MS Project.
• Experience or exposure to EVM is highly regarded.
