Your new role
As Project Coordinator – Assets, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic asset management initiatives. You’ll support the development and implementation of standardised asset processes, manage asset software systems, and provide governance and reporting across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating asset-related projects and ensuring alignment with strategic plans
- Conducting data analysis, gap reviews, and lifecycle assessments
- Supporting the development of policies, procedures, and training resources
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Monitoring project performance and preparing reports for executive leadership
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in asset or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 55000 principles and experience in public sector or health-related infrastructure.
