Your new role

As the project manager, you will be looking after the day-to-day delivery of the project. You will be responsible for,

• Managing the scope, finance, risk and project specific technical investigations in preparation for construction
• Prepare project plans, communication/stakeholder management plans, and procurement plans
• Managing the performance of employees across the Project and encouraging an inclusive and innovative work environment
• Manage a team of personnel to align respective goals and outcomes
• Review tender documents and designs and suggesting alternative solutions
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
• Allocate project resources in accordance with project budgets and reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
• Extensive experience managing construction projects
• Experience managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to implement controls to ensure the achievement of quality standards and improve team and stakeholder processes
