Your new role

You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a diverse portfolio of building projects.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all phases of project delivery including pre-design, design, procurement, contract administration, and post-construction
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Monitoring project performance across scope, cost, time, and quality metrics
  • Managing contract administration across traditional and non-traditional contracts

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering building or infrastructure projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
