Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from contract award through to completion. You will lead from the front, driving the programme, managing commercial outcomes, and building strong relationships across all stakeholders. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to both project and business success.

• End-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects (programme, budget, quality)
• Leading and developing high-performing project teams
• Managing key client relationships and acting as the face of your projects
• Overseeing subcontractor and supplier performance
• Driving project outcomes through proactive risk management
• Contributing to systems, processes, and strategic growth initiatives
• Leveraging technology and modern construction methodologies

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years’ experience in construction project management
• Proven delivery of commercial projects $2M+ (ideally $5M+)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Strong contract administration experience across head and subcontracts
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
• Ability to work decisively in fast-paced environments
• Experience within the Australian construction market (QLD preferred)
• White Card and QBCC licence (or eligibility)
