Your new role
This is a project manager role focused on improving the university’s software procurement process. Right now, it’s slow, manual, and involves seven teams, so the PM will lead a big end‑to‑end process redesign to reduce bottlenecks, improve compliance, and introduce automation. We need someone strong in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and ideally with experience in compliance-heavy environments.

It involves establishing and managing the project framework, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and overseeing vendor performance. The position leads risk, issue, dependency, and financial management activities while ensuring benefits realisation. It also drives change and adoption initiatives in collaboration with Change and Communications teams, provides clear and accurate reporting to governance bodies, and ensures a smooth transition to operational teams through thorough documentation, acceptance, and handover processes.
What you'll get in return
- A senior leadership role with real influence over technical direction
- A collaborative and inclusive team culture that values innovation and continuous learning
- Flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package
- Career progression opportunities in high-growth.
