Your new role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:1. Lead and manage a team for the end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA upgrade focused on finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Controlling) with relevant project management methodologies, principles and practices.
2. Act as the liaison between finance leadership, internal teams, and Queensland Shared Services.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk registers and deliver high-level communication and documentation to project sponsors and other key stakeholders, ensuring they are briefed on project objectives, milestones and progress through to acceptance, whilst maintaining a stakeholder focus.
4. Collaborate closely with the CFO, Finance SMEs, and IT to define, document, and deliver business requirements aligned to financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
5. Ensure change impacts are analysed, and future state business processes are documented and communicated, ensuring system design supports statutory compliance requirements.

4. Take personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Show initiative and proactively step in to manage issues and risks when required. Commit energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.
5. Confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner. Focus on key points and use appropriate, unambiguous language. Select the most appropriate medium for conveying information and structures written and oral communication to ensure clarity.
