A major telecommunications program is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Operational Readiness) to support a critical asset separation initiative. This role is central to ensuring operational teams are fully prepared for transition, with minimal disruption to customer experience and business continuity.
You’ll lead multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder engagement, and apply your deep understanding of telecommunications products and technologies to solve complex challenges. Familiarity with fixed voice and Telco products is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational readiness across multiple streams, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Collaborate with stream leads, analysts, and business stakeholders to assess impacts and develop change management plans.
Apply extensive telecommunications experience to resolve complex issues and recommend best-practice solutions.
Maintain and manage consolidated registers for actions, issues, and risks.
Manage scope and avoid overlap across project streams.
Essential Requirements
Extensive and practical knowledge of fixed voice and telecommunications products is essential.
Skilled in impact analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to document processes using BPMN 2.0.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with integrated operational environments and business applications.
