Your new role

• Leading the planning, execution and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and governance structures
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders
• Providing accurate reporting on project progress, outcomes and benefits realisation
• Ensuring projects align with organisational strategy, regulatory obligations and best practice frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a professional services, financial services or regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid)
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, resources and competing priorities
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business or a related discipline (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent desirable)
