Your new role
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering strategic and operational projects across the business. These will vary across business and technology transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, execution and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and governance structures
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders
- Providing accurate reporting on project progress, outcomes and benefits realisation
- Ensuring projects align with organisational strategy, regulatory obligations and best practice frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of strong project management capability, stakeholder engagement skills and attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a professional services, financial services or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, resources and competing priorities
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business or a related discipline (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent desirable)
