Your new role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Reporting on project progress and financials

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
