Your new role

• Support terminal operations teams to develop and deliver projects that improve safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Act as the regional interface between site teams and engineering/delivery partners
• Lead project scoping and definition in collaboration with operations, HSE and engineering stakeholders
• Provide assurance over cost estimates, schedules and design documentation
• Participate in peer reviews, HAZOPs and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards and Management of Change processes
• Support value assurance across sustaining capital, maintenance and growth projects
• Monitor project variations and provide clear updates to terminal and operations leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10–15 years’ experience in engineering or project delivery within oil & gas, fuel terminals, infrastructure or industrial environments
• Experience working in or closely with operational environments
• Strong capability in project scoping, stakeholder management and contractor interface
• Solid understanding of capital project lifecycles, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work across multiple sites and regions
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or similar)
• Project management accreditation (PMP, AIPM, PMI) highly regarded
• Exposure to a diverse portfolio of capital and sustaining projects
