Your new role

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple urban projects simultaneously within the Brisbane Region, ensuring each is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to influence outcomes and drive performance across teams and sites.

Key duties include:
  • End-to-end management of subdivision projects
  • Supervision of site operations and safety compliance
  • Coordination with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Oversight of project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Promotion of a strong team culture focused on accountability and quality


What you'll need to succeed

Candidates who demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills, along with a proven ability to manage civil subdivision projects within South East Queensland.

Ideally, candidates will:
  • 3–5 years managing Civil Projects, ideally Urban, Bulk Infrastructure Or Subdivision
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and construction standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, multitasking and coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and scheduling
  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (highly regarded but not essential)
