Project Manager - Joinery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven commercial joinery experience to join our client in their Commercial team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from award through to installation and completion, across site, office, and factory environments.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Project Manager who understands the realities of commercial joinery, including factory coordination, installer management, site logistics, and client communication.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be the central point of coordination between clients, builders, site teams and the factory. You will oversee project delivery, control costs and margins, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain high standards of safety and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaise daily with Site Supervisors to monitor progress and oversee Installers, Delivery Drivers and Labourers
• Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with the production team
• Schedule hoists, forklifts and other required on-site equipment
• Forecast weekly installer requirements and manage bookings accordingly
• Ensure joinery is unloaded accurately, safely and without damage
• Enforce OH&S / WHS requirements on all sites

About You
Essential:
• Demonstrated project management experience in commercial joinery (mandatory)
• Experience managing joinery projects across site and factory environments
• Strong understanding of production workflows, installations and trade coordination
• Sound knowledge of WHS / OH&S requirements and SWMS
• Experience working with builders and commercial construction projects
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
