Project Manager - Commercial Fitout

For over 20 years, this highly reputable, strong client-side consultancy have successfully delivered large-scale retail, commercial, aged care, aviation, infrastructure and education projects across Australia. Their diverse projects are spread across both the public and private sectors with a strong pipeline of work and plenty of repeat clients. Due to this exciting pipeline, a permanent position now exists for an experienced Project Manager with significant commercial fitout and refurbishment experience, to join the team in Melbourne’s CBD.
Your new role

Your new role
- Day-to-day management of projects
- Manage and lead the consultant team
- Stakeholder / End User management
- Preparation of reports and documentation
- Liaise with statutory authorities for approvals and certificates
- Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously
- Achieve project progress that is in line with contractual requirements
- Represent clients at project meetings with head contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Property
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Preferably at least 3+ years of work experience working within a client-side consultancy
- Excellent presentation and client-facing abilities
- Full working rights within Australia
