Their diverse projects are spread across both the public and private sectors with a strong pipeline of work and plenty of repeat clients. Due to this exciting pipeline, a permanent position now exists for an experienced Project Manager with significant commercial fitout and refurbishment experience, to join the team in Melbourne’s CBD.
Your new role
Day-to-day management of projects
Manage and lead the consultant team
Stakeholder / End User management
Preparation of reports and documentation
Liaise with statutory authorities for approvals and certificates
Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously
Achieve project progress that is in line with contractual requirements
Represent clients at project meetings with head contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Property
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven track record in stakeholder management
Preferably at least 3+ years of work experience working within a client-side consultancy
Excellent presentation and client-facing abilities
Full working rights within Australia
