For more than 20 years, our client has built a strong name for itself, and they are continuing to grow and succeed. They successfully deliver a range of fitout and new build projects across a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Industrial and Health. Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects with the support of a highly capable team. Working closely with the construction team, you will have autonomy and ownership to successfully deliver your projects. Management of all correspondence with relevant stakeholders, including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff will be within your scope of work. Manage projects from pre-construction through to defect liability and hand over in accordance to building regulations and company standards.

What you'll need to succeed
  • New build construction experience
  • A strong technical understanding of project management and ability to interpret construction drawings
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager role working for a Commercial/Industrial builder with exposure to projects in excess of $15M
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to construction
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for the industry
