With a strong pipeline of projects spanning high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, they are continuing to expand their presence across the energy transition and grid infrastructure market.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of transmission and distribution projects, supporting a portfolio that includes transformers, switchgear and related infrastructure.
You will be responsible for managing project life cycle delivery—from contract execution through to commissioning—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects across varying scales within the T&D portfolio
  • Reviewing contracts, identifying commercial risks and managing project profitability
  • Leading project planning, scheduling and execution across all project phases
  • Coordinating internal teams (engineering, production, sales) and external stakeholders
  • Representing the business in client-facing meetings across technical and commercial matters
  • Overseeing delivery activities including design approvals, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
  • Managing project cost control, progress tracking and reporting
  • Developing and maintaining payment/collection plans aligned with project milestones
  • Resolving delivery challenges and driving continuous improvement across project outcomes
  • Managing site activities, including subcontractors and on-site delivery

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will come from a strong project delivery background within power or electrical infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
  • 5 + years experience delivering T&D or similar infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Power & distribution transformers
    • MV/HV switchgear (AIS/GIS)
    • LV systems or energy infrastructure (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to manage the full project life cycle, including financials and contract risk
  • Experience working with international supply chains or import/export processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience managing site-based delivery and subcontractors
  • Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
  • PMP certification (or similar) will be highly regarded
