Your new role
As an experienced civil Project Manager, you will lead planning, execution and delivery of civil and bulk earthworks projects across WA. This client services well-known companies such as Rio Tinto, FMG & BHP.
This role will suit a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Projects may include:
Travel to Onslow, Port Hedland, Karratha & Pilbara WA
- Bulk and detailed earthworks for mine expansions and new developments
- Haul roads, access roads and pavements within active mine sites
- ROM pads, hardstands, laydown areas and processing infrastructure platforms
- Drainage, culverts and water management works
- Site preparation works supporting construction, SMP and process plant packages.
- Rehabilitation and maintenance of earthworks within operational environments
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ experience delivering civil construction or bulk earthworks projects end-to-end
- Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate complex project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and earthworks methodologies
- Diploma or higher in Project Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally with Tier 1 or major stakeholders
- A proactive, safety-first leadership style and commitment to quality outcomes
