Your new role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a mid-rise residential project, with initial project involvement commencing in the coming weeks and transitioning to a full-time, site-based role from August.

Key responsibilities include:
- End to end project delivery from early works through to handover
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Programme, cost control, quality management and risk mitigation
- Working closely with construction and leadership teams to drive outcomes
- Ensuring safety, compliance and buildability at all stages

This is not a desk-based PM role – the focus is on site presence, decision-making and delivery leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have:

- Proven Project Manager experience on residential or mixed-use projects or
- Be an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager ready to step into a PM Role
- Strong background delivering low to mid-rise residential projects
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and services
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Candidates with a practical, site-driven approach who take ownership of outcomes will be highly regarded.
