Your new role

As the SA Maintenance & Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of maintenance and installation projects across South Australia. You will act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with sales, installation teams, and landscape contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Attending prestart and handover meetings for all projects.
  • Monitoring site progress and conducting regular site visits.
  • Managing delivery schedules and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with OHS standards.
  • Supporting the after-sales team with maintenance inspections and equipment troubleshooting.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar construction or landscaping project management role.
  • Strong understanding of landscape drawings, site levels, and project set-out.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across metropolitan Adelaide and occasionally interstate.
