Our client is a leading residential builder with one of the most diverse project portfolios in the industry, which covers Medium Density, Project Housing and small commercial builds, including Childcare projects.

Your new role
Due to continued growth and significant project wins, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented production estimator to work in their special projects space, working on a portfolio consisting of specifically childcare centres and medium-density projects.
The duties of the role will include but not be limited to
• Prepare quotation requests for suppliers and major contractors
• Complete BOQ for the ordering of labour and materials
• Review cost breakdowns against project budgets

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this exciting role, ideally you will have
• strong estimating background in either medium density, residential or commercial construction space - exposure to childcare builds highly desired.
• Experience with Databuild, Blue Beam, Planswift or similar estimating programs
• have a high level of attention to detail,
• be a strong communicator and able to offer feedback and ideas as well as receive direction
• be willing to immerse yourself in a high-achieving and driven team environment.
