• Identify scope changes and prepare corresponding variation documentation
• Track project costs and prepare comprehensive monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in civil roads' infrastructure (TMR experience highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
