Your new role

• Assisting with planning, coordination and delivery of fitout projects
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Supporting client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitoring cost, programme, quality and safety outcomes
• Contributing to risk management and problem-solving on live projects
• Supporting HSE, quality and industrial relations requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, ideally on fitout or refurbishment projects
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and risk management
• The ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of challenges
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and working with multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of contracts administration and project controls
• Familiarity with common construction project management and planning software
