• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of structural and fit-out works.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in structures, fit-out and external works across large-scale building projects – $150M+
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
