Your new role

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across bid and execution phases.
• Manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct governance reviews and ensure compliance with frameworks.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams.
• Support project managers in managing work packages and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare internal and external reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist in resource planning and ensure milestones are achieved.

• Degree in relevant
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in complex industrial environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project governance frameworks.
• IPMA Certification or ability to secure certification
• Bid and Project Management experience with subcontractors, suppliers and multi-partners / major co-contractors.
• Experience working with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Experience in maritime sustainment or ship repair projects.
• Knowledge of Defence procurement processes and Earned Value Management.
