Your new role
As Project Director, you will take full ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of complex renewable energy projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a balance of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people management skills.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, ideally within the renewable energy sector
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A background in engineering, construction management, or a related field
