Your new role

We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a portfolio of major electrical projects. You will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient delivery of projects and programs by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are successfully managed and delivered against agreed criteria, including safety, cost, timeliness, quality, scope, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrable capability and experience in the relevant project management discipline or area with applied knowledge in either of the following disciplines: estimating, civil, structural, building services engineering, architecture, human resources etc.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software, project management systems and other organisational systems as required.
• Tertiary qualifications in project management, and Engineering with extensive and demonstrated practical expertise knowledge and industry experience.
• Desirable to obtain Industry accreditation in project management, i.e. PMBOK®, Prince2™, MSP™ or RegPM.
• Experience in Ellipse, MS Office, MS Project, P6, Prosight, Success Factors etc, Power BI, Qlik
• Working knowledge of Australian Standard Construction contracts and ability to interpret and act on contractual obligations.
• Working knowledge of best practice safety, environment and quality management principles, practices and procedures related to project administration
• Valid WA Driver’s License for site visits.

• Initial 12-month contract
• Perth-based role
