Your new role

• Provide administration support to project delivery team
• Solid understanding of permits, and local council requirements in relation to construction
• Monitoring compliance to contract requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors, councils and local authorities
• Drafting and issuing subcontracts
• Assist the Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Manager to aid delivery of the project

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience working on projects of equivalent size and scope ($25m commercial refurbishment)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience working with local council, approving permits, understanding of construction methodologies

• Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract

• Experience with both structures and interiors preferred (suited to those with apartments experience)
