As part of this change, the HR team is expanding to support critical initiatives and requires a dedicated Project Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and effective stakeholder engagement.

Your new role

As the Project Coordinator, you will sit within the HR team and play a key role in managing administrative functions, business-as-usual operations, and sustainability initiatives. You will coordinate key projects, facilitate workshops, liaise with stakeholders, and help drive change impact across the university. This is an opportunity to take on increasing accountability while supporting transformation efforts, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong project coordination skills with experience supporting large-scale change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate a traditional university culture.
  • Experience in workshop coordination, drafting agendas, and ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, particularly with executive assistants and senior personnel.
  • Ability to create timelines, track project progress, and support sustainability initiatives.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
