We’re looking for a Project & Change Manager to support a major Program of work, playing a hands‑on role across multiple workstreams to ensure strong governance, clear communication, and business readiness for change.
Your new role
- Coordinating and administering project activities, documentation, and governance forums
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and delivery trackers
- Supporting program meetings, workshops, showcases, and executive forums
- Tracking progress and proactively escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
- Delivering change management activities aligned to the program’s change approach
- Conducting change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and ways of working
- Creating and delivering engaging change communications (updates, FAQs, user guides, intranet content)
- Designing and delivering user training, including needs analysis and training materials
- Supporting business and change readiness leading into go‑live
- Providing go‑live and post‑implementation support to drive adoption and stabilisation
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in project coordination/project management and change management in the government sector
- Experience delivering training activities, including training needs analysis, training development and user training
- Experience with post-implementation reviews, lessons learnt, and adoption reporting to support continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confidence working across complex programs with multiple dependencies
- A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
