What you'll need to succeed

• Developing the initial project schedule, including milestones, identifying the critical path, and updating schedules to reflect actual progress.
• Tracking expenses, analysing cash flow, performing cost estimation, and controlling budgets to prevent overruns.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the project’s cost, schedule, or scope.
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators, generating reports, and analysing trends to provide insight into the project's health.
• Documenting, evaluating, and controlling changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget.
• Maintaining data integrity and using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM) to predict future outcomes and forecast completion dates and costs.
