As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a capable Project Office Administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth delivery of ongoing projects.

Your new role

Open to a range of experience levels. This role is central to ensuring the day-to-day operations of both the office and project teams run efficiently. The Project Office Administrator will provide broad support across administration, scheduling, documentation, and financial tracking. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organised and on track.

  • Coordinating project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and progress tracking
  • Reviewing time sheets and supporting invoice and claim processes
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting onboarding processes and procurement activities
  • Providing general office administration and reception support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in project administration or office coordination
  • Familiarity with financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with internal systems such as project management or finance platforms
  • A professional and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment
