You will be working with a large Financial Services organisation based in Sydney.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for a couple streams of work, where the teams are delivering multiple data initiatives. You will be accountable for squad delivery ensuring squads run through the progressive elaboration process, engage with asset teams and track delivery across all impacted assets, escalating any issues with the domain delivery leads. You will also coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of different activities, while driving continuous improvement and leading financial planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience delivering data programs in large organisation

• Banking or Financial Services experience will be preferred

• Experience managing multiple and varied teams

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
